~Griffin is wonderful, refreshing dog. He came to us in June of 2007 and has been a wonderful addition to our home. Now that I have finished college and have started my career, I wanted to get back into showing dogs. Of course, back then I only did 4-H and now I am a little too old for that, so on to the AKC ring. Griffin is actually my first purebred, registered dog!
In the short time that I have had Griffin, he has received his CGC (Canine Good Citizen) title; CD (Companion Dog) Obedience Title, and also finished his Conformation Championship. Thanks to Overdale Kennel for their training, advice, and patience. We are currently getting ready for Open Obedience classes and preparing to make our debut in novice agility and lure coursing. Griffin is a very different dog from any other dog I have ever had. He is very intelligent, sensitive, and elegant for such a large dog! I truly enjoy his company and hope to get another Rhodesian Ridgeback someday, hopefully a Griffin son! :)
